Generator Monitoring

Fuel level, running hours and load on every generator, so standby power is accountable the same way a vehicle fleet is — built on the same real-time fuel monitoring and energy monitoring platform as our other systems.

Standby power, tracked like a fleet asset

A generator running unmonitored is easy to lose track of: fuel goes missing without a clear record of when, running hours accumulate without a maintenance trigger, and a site running on backup power may not be noticed until someone reports it. Connected sensors report fuel level and running hours continuously, the same way our fuel storage and distribution system monitors a forecourt tank.

Grid and generator usage are recorded separately, so a site's actual reliance on standby power is visible over time, not just estimated.

What the system delivers

  • Real-time fuel level monitoring on every connected generator
  • Running hours logged for maintenance scheduling
  • Grid and generator usage recorded separately, with alerts on switchover
  • Reporting on the same platform as our fuel and energy monitoring systems

CAPABILITIES

Where it is used

Telecom towers

Fuel and running hours from sites nobody visits on a daily basis.

Hospitals and critical facilities

Standby power accountability where backup supply cannot be guesswork.

Factories and plants

Generator load and running hours alongside the rest of the site’s energy data.

Fuel-theft prevention

A fuel-level record that shows exactly when a tank was drawn down.
